Hi there! We are Maddie and Lindsay and we are the owners of Boutique Bounce and Balloon Co. We started Boutique Bounce and Balloon Co. with the vision of adding stylish touches to your next event or party.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you charge a delivery fee?
There is no delivery fee if you are within 30 miles of zip code 32043. Beyond the 30 mile radius a delivery fee will apply.
- What form of payment do you accept?
Venmo or cash.
- Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking that will be applied to your total rental or balloon design. If you cancel, the deposit can be used toward a future event within 12 months of your original event date.
- What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up a bounce house on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers or inside a venue. No gravel, rocks or uneven dirt. The location must also have access to an outlet within 100 feet unless special accommodations are being made.
- How many people can bounce at once?
That depends on the size of the jumpers. The maximum weight capacity for a bounce house is 750 pounds, so it is at the discretion of the renter to monitor jumpers and make sure everyone is safe and the bounce house is not overcrowded.
- How do you clean your bounce houses?
We take cleaning our bounce houses very seriously to make sure it is sparkling clean for each rental as well as to protect the integrity of the bounce house for the future. Each bounce house is disinfected after every rental to ensure it is in perfect condition for each event.
- What is included when I reserve a bounce house?
Included with each order is a the bounce house, blower, tarp, 100 foot extension cord, artificial turf for the entry area and shoe shelf. If you would like to add a balloon garland to your bounce house rental, we are happy to create a design perfect for your event for an additional charge.
- How long do balloon installations last?
That depends on the location of the installation. Because of the weather in Florida, outdoor balloon installations may only last for several hours in the summer months. Unfortunately, when it is hot/humid outside there is no way to avoid the potential for balloons to pop due to heat. Indoor installations can last several days to weeks.
